In this program. While the format of these programs is the same format, I recognise that people are at different stages in their careers, so we will adapt our work by providing the necessary tools and support to help our clients enhance their application materials, build their confidence, and maximise their chances of landing interviews.
I will work with you to establish your brand, prepare a well-structured resume, and share our extensive multi-industry experience to help you land the desired roles.
Phase 1 – Building the Platform
At this stage, we will:
- Define specific, measurable, and achievable goals. Clear objectives give you a sense of purpose and direction.
- Explore new opportunities: sometimes, a change of scenery or role can reinvigorate your career.
- Take some time to reflect on your journey. What led you to this point? What do you want to achieve in your career, and how have your goals evolved?
- Develop strategies to overcome nerves and build your confidence and interview fitness.
Phase 2 – Are you relevant? Are you visible?
At this stage, I will work with you to create your career toolbox and ensure that you are relevant to the roles you are interested in, e.g., public versus private sector roles and operational versus leadership roles.

Phase 3 – Job Searching / Interview Coaching
You will be shown how to use the latest job search technology (ATS) and conduct an effective job search in both the advertised and hidden employment markets.
- Learn how to create an effective job search process to meet your expectations.
- Design and create networking strategies to increase your job opportunities.
- Receive advice on how to choose a recruiter and manage the ongoing relationship.
- We will also teach you how to access the hidden job market.

- Personalising your cover and introductory letters
The cost for this program is $2450 (payable in advance)
